The September 2009 issue of
Linux Journal features a nice review of SocNetV by John Knight. Although John used an older SocNetV version (0.6 obviously) missing the enhancements of 0.70, he ends the article very positively for SocNetV: "There are endless uses for a tool like this that are limited only by your imagination - fascinating stuff". Thank you very much, John!

A Windows version of SocNetV 0.70 (binaries with Qt4 libraries included) is
ready to download from Sourceforge. The zipped archive (~13MB) contains binaries tested on Windows XP and working fine. You don't need to download anything else... :)

New SocNetV
version 0.70 brings webcrawler capabilities, fixes some pretty serious bugs, improves speed and lets the user select multiple nodes with the mouse. Source code and binary packages for most linux distros (except Fedora and Windows) are available in
Downloads menu. Have fun!
